Got a buyer for The Boz?

Not necessarily East Side related, but I get an excuse to post this awesome picture of The Boz, who was a much bigger bust in Seattle than the real estate market.
Zillow reports that he’s selling his mansion in Malibu, CA for $8,955,000. On a related note, at one point he was a real estate agent in So Cal.
Anyway, 9 mil will get you his house that was also featured on The OC. I think he’ll even throw in a pair of those sweet, retro Oakley Blades and a referral to his barber.
